The Phantom Lord Guild was a long time rival of the Fairy Tail Guild. Along with Fairy Tail, it was considered the strongest legal guild in the continent. Phantom Lord is situated in the Kingdom of Fiore in Oak Town. Before it's disbandment Phantom Lord was considered to be as powerful as the Fairy Tail Guild.
Current:
The guild of Phantom Lord has been brought back together, reigning on the east of new fiore (where the border was put up. Overall, Phantom lord are basically the front line men. They run the border from Kazunax and his soldiers in case of attack and are always the firs to be deployed. There is still a massive rivalry between Fairy Tail and Phantom Lord which is an ongoing battle. But when they need to, they band together for a short amount of time.
